Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with an excellent location right on the waterfront, making it easy to explore Halifax. The rooms were modern, clean, and offered a fantastic view. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to help, although the dining options could improve, especially during conferences. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
I recently stayed at the Marriott Harbourfront in Halifax, and overall, it was quite an experience. The location is simply unbeatable, with stunning views of the waterfront and easy access to local attractions. The service was top-notch, especially from the concierge staff who were incredibly helpful. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The dining area had some issues with loud music, which was a distraction during my stay.
The hotel boasts an incredible location right by the harbor, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The check-in experience left a lot to be desired, though; I faced a frustrating wait that diminished my initial excitement. The view from my room was lovely, but I found the amenities to be lacking, especially for the price. Despite the challenges, I appreciated the efforts of one staff member, who showed some empathy during a tough situation.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the central location near attractions and the clean, comfortable rooms. However, I encountered some issues with the staff's attitude, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, while there were good amenities, I felt the dining options could have been improved. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel still offered good value for money during my visit.
I had high hopes for this hotel since I've stayed here before, but this time was quite disappointing. While the location is superb, right by the waterfront and near numerous dining options, the ongoing construction really detracted from my stay. The room itself was decent but lacked some modern touches, and the service left much to be desired, especially with the cleanliness issues I encountered. Overall, I’d suggest caution when booking, especially during renovations.
